Today I started to work on a course I am writing for this website. It is called Zest! and will be a FREE course! It is all about eating,drinking,meditating, and working more spiritually and consciously.
I am offering the course for free as I want everyone to feel better about themselves. It is a 30 day course and readers are encouraged to keep a journal about themselves. It says 30 days but in reality you can take as long as you like. I will be writing the course over a 30 day period, so it will grow as each day passes.
I will put the free course on this website when I am ready to add the rest of the courses I am offering. I have a lot of work to do, and I am working each day to achieve all of this for you, the viewer.
When undergoing any work that is taxing it is important to take regular breaks and eat and drink right. One thing that often goes unspoken about is sleep. Sleep is crucial for a good days work and play. You need to get as much sleep as your body needs without oversleeping. You can keep a sleep diary to see how your sleep is going over the days. If you are not getting enough sleep, you may want to question why? If you are oversleeping again ask why?
